- Adjusted costs and cooldowns for units and upgrades across multiple commanders including Abathur, Alarak, Artanis, Dehaka, Fenix, Han & Horner, Kerrigan, Mengsk, Nova, Stukov, Swann, Tychus, Vorazun, and Zagara.
- Updated ability descriptions to reflect changes in duration and energy costs.
- Implemented a migration script to ensure database consistency with the new balance changes.
