update deque package and add stress test

• Update to a newer version of the deque package that corrects a slight inefficiency when a larger base capacity is used.
• Add stress test that writes and reads millions of CIDs.

I've build Kubo 0.39.0-dev-ae8667296+go-dsqueue/pull/25 and restarted wikipedia pin test from ipfs/kubo#11047 on the same riscv box, let's see if panic returns. Will check in on it every few hours. If its not occuring for 24h, i'll switch to old binary and confirm its back with old version.

For the record: no panic with this PR, my node fetched ~9M of CIDs already and provided ~1M of them.
I'm going to do another 24h test with old version to double check if panic is back, if so, we can close investigation.
