Add a progress bar for file pinning

@flyingzumwalt brought up that it would be extremely useful to have a way to track the progress of a pin call. We can simply reuse the same model we have to track progress for ipfs add.

Another thing that can be extremely useful to this is to add a way to pause and resume a pin call.

This needs implementing in js-IPFS, testing in interface-ipfs-core and exposing in the HTTP API client.

@achingbrain I would be willing to create a PR for this. I am planning on only writing the interface for interface-ipfs-core and implement support in js-ipfs-http-client for the time being.

Any ideas on the best implementation route? Or anything else I need to be aware of? I am not well versed in js-ipfs source code.
