Implement auth service and refactor some existing code for task

  1. Implement auth service (register & login), password encrypt-decrypt, jwt
  2. Refactor dto to dto/
  3. Change .Save(t) to .Create(&t) in task repository
  4. Create auth middleware for endpoint protections
