I was unable to run
dep initsuccessfully (which looked like it was going to add a lot more packages than what was already here, and wouldpanic). Instead, the first commit is a hand translation fromJSONtoTOML, and the second commit revives some of the versioning from #616 (which didn't affect the lock file!).Edit: Fixes #622
