SQL cluster nodes do not reconnect sometimes #5218

@DataTraveler1

Description

@DataTraveler1

Description of Issue

The PSU environment is 2 nodes (5.6.4) using a central SQL DB as backend. The SQL DB used is an Always-On Cluster (Active-Active) backed with two SQL instances/Servers. When the switch of the cluster occurs, there is a 2-3 second gap of loss of connectivity. PSU does not recover from this and the only recourse is to reboot the nodes.
