After upgrade to 5.6.10 a lot of errors Microsoft.Data.Sqlite.SqliteException (0x80004005): SQLite Error 5: 'database is locked'

Description of Issue

After upgrading from 5.6.8 I get a lot of database locked errors so nothing runs. Multiple errors because the db is locked, 'An error occurred running the scheduled job'. I suspect it has got something todo with the change related to grome jobs. After server startup the errors are starting after the groom jobs runs for the second time. First groom job goes well, finishes in under a second. Second groom job starts after 5 minutes and then the errors appear. Subsequent groom jobs take about 2 minutes. During groom jobs the server is unusable. Database size is about 1GB.

EDIT: In the meantime, can you try to reduce the groom interval to see if that helps resolve this issue? Please set it to 12 or 24 hours.

I have identified this issue. Please try adjusting the groom job interval in the meantime. We will work through getting out a patch for this.
