MATT Change Permissions
Changes permission levels of the selected entity.
The following entity types are able to be targeted.
- Actors in the directory or within a compendium
- Items in the directory or within a compendium

Journals in the directory.
- Journal pages within a journal.

Scenes in the directory.
- Requires Monk's Scene Navigation installed.

NoneorObserverlevels only.
- Tokens (and their originating actor)
Use this to change the permission level for the Current Action Collection.
Use this to change permissions for all entities of a valid type with a Tag matching your Use Tagger settings.
- Tokens Tagger
- Everyone
- Players Only
- GM Only
- Triggering Player
- Triggering Token Owner
- Current Tokens Owner
- Current Users
Use this to directly target a user in the player list to have their permission changed.
- Default
- None
- Limited
- Observer
- Owner
- This action only triggers when a Gamemaster-level user is logged in.
- While Roll Tables, Decks, and Macros all have permissions levels, this action is currently not able to target them.
