Clean docs PR — adds clear "Resuming from a Checkpoint" sections to both the RL and Dexsuite lift training guides. The --resume, --load_run, and --checkpoint flag explanations are accurate, and the tip about combining resume with Hydra overrides for fine-tuning is a nice touch.
Also catches a minor trailing whitespace fix in the multi-GPU section (--num_envs 4096\ → --num_envs 4096 \). LGTM. ✅
