Summary

  • Adds a small hygiene step to §IX ("After publishing") telling future Claude sessions to refresh the playbook's own examples and `Last updated` line after each issue ships.
  • Rationale: a playbook whose examples are a year stale quietly stops being trusted. A 30-second pass at ship-time keeps it honest.

Test plan

  • Docs-only change, no code
  • Rendered markdown reads correctly

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Tells future Claude sessions to refresh the playbook's own examples
and "Last updated" line after each issue ships, so the examples stay
current rather than drifting into irrelevance over a year of drops.
