v0.3.2 — MCP Registry verification marker

Adds the mcp-name marker to README so the wheel METADATA carries the ownership-verification string required by the official MCP Registry (registry.modelcontextprotocol.io) for PyPI packages.

No CLI / MCP surface changes — same code as v0.3.1.
