[Bug]: `bounds_wkt` gets ignored during stitching; only `bounds` is respected

Describe the bug

Setting bounds_wkt works for parts of the displacement workflow, but is not passed along to the stitching portion

What did you expect?

I expect bounds to be calculated when bounds_wkt is set using from_wkt(bounds_wkt).bounds
