Investigate why we cant pass group email to ArgoCD notifications

We are having trouble passing group mail to ArgoCD notification. This needs to be investigated.

One possible solution instead of group.email@example.com try "group.email@example.com"
other possible solution: notifications are setup using config map, maybe pass the email as a variable ?

this issue is on DI side so we can't really do anything about it
