Change snapshot nominal years set from {1900,2014,2100,2200,2300} to
{1900,2000,2100,2200,2300} in both checker and generator
Restrict required snapshots by experiment type: historical adds first
year; projections anchor on last year plus fixed set within range
Skip filename start-year check for x,y,z,t snapshot variables; use
full simulation year range in snapshot filenames instead of first/last
snapshot year
Add N/A guard in _check_time() so duration/start/end checks are not
applied to snapshot variables
Rephrase "Experiment starts/ends" log lines to show nominal year
Update default --source-path to include set-counter subdir (C001)
Clarify tfbase long_name and fix time-encoding description in READMEs
Add example generator commands for ismip7-scalar-processing test data
