Update the docs

Problem description
The documentation does not reflect the current state of the original jquery plugin documentation, many functionality of the vue-selectize component are not documented and many of the examples are not correctly done or are buggy

What to do

• The installation instructions must clearly shows that we must install and import selectize.css file
• Remote Source — Github example should be exactly like the orignal jquey plugin example
• Remote Source — Rotten Tomatoes must be implemented and should be exactly like the original example

There may be another issues with the docs and I'm leaving this up for suggestions, and we'll keep this list updated
