Teleportation renderer does not hide player's original nameplate

• Steps to reproduce
  Enable the demo tag controller and have two players join.
  Must have the teleportation based renderer enabled.

• Expected behaviour
  Tags are displayed properly without the original nameplate being visible

• Actual outcome
  The player's original nametag is displayed as well.

• Minecraft version (Only 1.12 is officially supported)
  1.12 and onwards

This can potentially be fixed by adding an invisible entity to the player's head; this would at least work in 1.12.
