Add a full user manual to the wiki Field-by-field documentation of the web UI, with extra depth on the LAN VLAN Manager (per-port assignment, access matrix, pinhole exceptions) and Captive Portal (auth modes, session mechanics). Also covers WAN Multi-VLAN, DHCP/Known Devices, Restrictions, Port Forwarding, Bandwidth Monitoring, Quotas, OpenVPN, WireGuard, DDNS, Backup/Firmware Update, System settings, the smaller feature additions from the 24.10->25.12 window, and short reference entries for ~20 optional plugins. Wired into Home.md and _Sidebar.md via a new Manual-Home index page. Text-only for now; screenshots to follow as a separate edit once browser automation is available in this environment.
