There is an RPM now Releases carry one from 0.8.12, beside the Debian package, the tarball, the Flatpak and the Windows zip. Getting Started says how to install it, and Releases lists it with the rest and notes what cargo xtask dist wants installed to build it. It asks for its libraries by soname rather than by package name, so the one package suits Fedora, RHEL and openSUSE alike, whatever each calls the thing that holds libgtk-4.so.1.
