fix(deps): bump the server (and with it migrations) to 2.0.0

First release carrying the COMIC library type, the configurable external
metadata endpoints and the scan/search race fixes the e2e suite relies on.
Normally Renovate's job; done by hand while the Renovate app is not yet
installed on the org.
