背景

#1047 の Agent Builder 互換レイヤ確認を進めるため、Adapter用のサンプルJSONとテスト/ドキュメントを追加する。

変更

• fixtures/flow/sample.agent-builder.json を追加
• scripts/agent-builder/flow-runner.mjs で adapter 関数をexport
• tests/unit/agent-builder/flow-runner.test.ts に adapter 変換テストを追加
• docs/flows/agent-builder-flow.md にサンプル実行例を追記
