Set up the Astro static blog with Markdown content, localized routes, RSS feeds, tag pages, generated OG images, JSON-LD metadata, PWA assets, and Cloudflare Pages configuration. Add the first post under building-techmeat-dev-with-coding-agents for few locales, plus project docs, README, i18n dictionaries, utility tests, and review-driven hardening for tag URLs, schema JSON-LD, copy buttons, locale switching, RSS site URLs, and date formatting.
