New post about open-second-brain 0.8.0 and Pay Memory: giving an AI agent the ability to pay for external APIs via pay.sh, with every paid call recorded as auditable, human-readable Markdown in the vault. Russian version written; other 11 locales are placeholder drafts pending translation.

Replace the placeholder body of the en locale with the full English translation of the post, matching the Russian version. Other locales remain placeholder drafts pending translation.
Embed the illustration generated through pay.sh + fal-ai/fast-sdxl into all 12 locales of the Pay Memory post, with a short note on the generation transaction. Add a public/files/<receipt>.md sample, linked from the post body, and show its filesystem path inside the vault.
