Download Folder setting ignored

Describe the bug
Cyberduck no longer downloads files to the designated folder. Instead, it downloads everything to the desktop.

To Reproduce
Changing Download Folder in settings makes no difference. Everything now downloads to the desktop.

Expected behavior
This didn't used to be the case. I'm not sure if it was an update to Cyberduck, or an update of MacOS that broke things.

Check if you have set the Download Folder option in the bookmark for the connection.

Yes, the bookmark has the Download Folder set. It is a different location than the location in the screenshot above.

1. I changed the Download Folder in Settings so that the location was the same as the connection bookmark Download Folder setting. It works as it should when both are set to the same location.

2. I changed the Download Folder in Settings back to another location and the connection bookmark Download Folder is still the location Cyberduck downloads to. The bookmark setting is overriding the "master" setting.

3. I can no longer reproduce the error.
