Summary

Stacked follow-up on #6. Cookie-rooted folder routing adds the reserved selector URL; this PR makes it discoverable:

  • documents /__captun/t/:name in the Advanced CLI usage section
  • prints browser root <selector-url> -> <origin> when captun tunnel uses a folder-routed server URL
  • shares the Worker folder-routing classifier so selector output is suppressed for {name} templates and concrete subdomain-routed custom hosts such as demo.my-tunnels.com

Base PR: #6

Verification

  • pnpm run typecheck
  • pnpm test passed: 44 tests across 3 files

A focused helper test covers workers.dev, apex/path, tunnels.*, wildcard template, and concrete custom-subdomain URLs.
