Minor tag release v1.1.2

If #11 is submitted it will expand the version support (netCDF4>1.7.0 -> netCDF4>1.4.1) so was wondering if this could merit a minor tag v1.1.2 to be created.

This would also be useful as TORAX will initially run against a specific version of ImasPy and a tag would help to identify that.

I know that #6 will update to v2 but if that might take some time to be submitted wanted to discuss if we could have the minor release in the meantime.

Hi @Nush395 , yes this can be done if really needed (it shall be tagged as 1.2.0 as it contains extra API function get_sample w.r.t 1.1) . And considering the amount of changes in #6 it's probably best to merge first your #11.

Proposed course of actions after discussion with @prasad-sawantdesai :

1. merge Modifications for compatibility with TORAX. #11 to develop
2. merge develop into main and tag 1.2.0 (still no readthedocs or pypi published for this one)
3. update (with some commits squash, as we tackled several points other than the renaming in it) from Rename imaspy to imas #6 and merge on top of the new develop
4. address the last comments from @maarten-ic (mostly documentation) Rename imaspy to imas #6 (comment)
5. merge to develop, tag 2.0.0 (with rtd/pypi)
