Update PSGallery

Is someone able and willing to release a new version, perhaps 2.2.1, on the PowerShell Gallery? There's a pretty nice quality of life update (support for retrieving all items in a request via the -all parameter) that's been pushed to the repo but isn't present in the module published in the gallery.

Looking through issue history here, it seems that a few folks who used to maintain this repo have moved on and Kaseya now controls the repo. @davidhaymond - you seem to be the most active in recent years. Is this something you are able to do?

There was a recent PR #169 for a V3 refactor (which was arguably a very large overhaul) that was recently closed due to no activity.

You may be able to use the original author's repo and packages module for your needs.
