Missing requirement for Laravel 11

You should add Laravel 11 as a requirement for the Version 1.0+ to the composer.json. Statamic 5 also supports Laravel 10 and that makes it incompatible with some of our older projects.

If you try to create a backup there is an error message.

After upgrading to Laravel 11 it works.

And I don't know if that's even a bug or intentional: older backups won't show up in the list after upgrading.

And yes the pre-1.0 backups wont be discovered anymore, there should be more information about why in the v1.0.0 release notes.
