the elfldr 9021 port is not reachable in local LAN, happens on v0.5.0 too

First and foremost, many thanks for this release!
I am on 10.0.1 and running autoloader v0.4 with no issue
If I want to upgrade, do I just need to run v0.5.1 from payload-manager then reboot et voila?
