Consider precalculating all locations/sizes for nodes in orchestrator instead of transitions #26
Description
This would be a win for DRY code, and for creating new transitions. Would mean we don't have to worry about ensuring they're all done correctly.
We already precalculate from node. But only expand and move transitions use them.
