[FR] Restore from backup button

Currently to restore a backup you need to download it, then upload it again to restore.

It would be nice if there is just a button to restore from a backup still on the server.

A restore button next to the backup listed still on the server.

This a something very minor, but if you have lots of attachments backups can be a bit large so not having to download/upload to restore from one would be nice. But it's certainly functional as is, it's more a nice to have.

Unfortunately, I don't see a use case for this, since it would duplicate all of the data. As a result, clicking the Restore button in the backup menu would effectively duplicate everything?

Yeah currently the future isn't really useful at all for me, I only needed it once when I messed up badly and restoring from backup just made it worse as it duplicated 100s of POI's which was a whole lot worse than the 3 I accidentally deleted.

I ended up just rebuilding from scratch which took a few days, in hind sight I should have imported a backup on an empty server. The current restore just doesn't really work like a normal backup/restore. It's more of a export/import flow where import will duplicate things.

I've stopped using the build in stuff all together and I just backup via the filesystem after stopping the service.
