v2.4.7
Changed — Light palette rewritten to v2.1.x brand-blue feel
The Light theme's Catppuccin Latte palette shipped in 2.4.6 read as a cool blue-grey tint that fought the warm-neutral Mocha dark mode. Rewritten slot-for-slot to match the v2.1.x feel pixel-for-pixel on the slots the original had:
Bg#FFFFFF(pure white, was Latte crust#DCE0E8)Fg#1E1E1E(near-black, was Latte text#4C4F69)AccentBlue#2255AA(brand blue for section headers — Help/Settings — was Latte blue#1E66F5)HighlightBg#FFF8DC(cornsilk focus tint, was Latte surface0#CCD0DA)EditBg#F5F5F5faint inset (was Latte mantle#E6E9EF)Divider#D0D0D0(was Latte surface1#BCC0CC)Dim#606060(was Latte subtext1#5C5F77)FgDisabled#A0A0A0(was Latte overlay0#9CA0B0)AccentGreen#2E7D32Material green 800, 5.13:1 on white (was Latte green#40A02B)AccentWarn#C62828Material red 800, 5.62:1 on white (was Latte red#D20F39)
Cornsilk is a warm-tint focus accent — luminance vs pure-white is only ~1.07:1 by design (matches the v2.1.x feel). Callers pair HighlightBg with Divider-stroke borders or Fg-coloured glyphs for state; the cornsilk fill carries the focus/hover cue via temperature, not brightness. Caveat: this cue is invisible to tritan users (blue-yellow CVD, ~0.01% prevalence) — secondary cues (border weight, glyph) carry the load there.
Dark palette (Catppuccin Mocha) is unchanged.
Notes
- Slot semantics, accessor properties, INI format, and ConfigManager are all untouched — fully forward-compatible. The self-updater path is the same as 2.4.6.
- Restart-to-apply still holds: GDI brush/pen caches in
BoldSegmentRenderer,OsdForm, andHelpFormcaptureTheme.*at first class load. The--after-theme-restartauto-relaunch flow from 2.4.6 handles this when the user toggles theme via Settings.
