Added — set both hotkeys directly from the About window

The two hotkey rows in the About window (the Clipboard + File Transfer combo and the File Transfer combo) are no longer read-only labels — each is now a click-to-edit field that opens the same hotkey picker the tray Hotkeys submenu uses. Click the box, press a new combo, done. The window's title-bar tooltip in the tray menu now reads "Click for MWBToggle Settings" to match.

Deliberately built on the existing change pipeline rather than a new one: clicking a field routes through the same ChangeHotkey / ChangeFileTransferHotkey methods the tray menu already calls, so every guard comes along for free — the primary↔file collision unbind, the RegisterHotKey race-failure rollback, the Windows-reserved-combo rejection (Win+L, Win+D, …), and the empty-string-means-unbind handling that sidesteps GlobalHotkey's Win+Ctrl+Shift+F fallback. A rebind made while the window is open refreshes its fields live (the existing single-source-of-truth RefreshHotkeyLabels now also updates the open About form). The picker — itself TopMost and app-modal — reliably layers above the TopMost About window because the window drops its own always-on-top for the picker's duration and restores it after.

The new fields are AutoSize flat buttons styled like the Theme dropdown's editable field, so they scale by construction at high DPI — verified live at real 150% on the Hyper-V test bed. Build 0/0, tests 50/50.
