Fixed — hotkey picker now opens owned by the About window (re-entrancy + z-order hardening)
Fast-follow to v2.5.23's About-window hotkey editors. The picker was shown with form.ShowDialog() (no owner) while the About window temporarily dropped its always-on-top — a probabilistic z-order guarantee, and it left the About window interactive during the modal, so a second hotkey-field click could stack a second picker (two low-level keyboard hooks then fighting over the same capture).
Now the picker is shown owned by the About window when invoked from its fields (ShowDialog(owner)), so Windows disables the owner for the modal's lifetime and renders the picker above it — structural, not probabilistic. The manual top-most juggling is gone. A one-picker-at-a-time latch in PromptForHotkey additionally closes the same re-entrancy on the tray-menu path (where there is no owner window to disable). No behavior change at 100% or 150%. Build 0/0, tests 50/50.
