Add feature for intervention data, based on ccdr code.
add testthat code for ivn data
add a test case for intervention data; include conversion and comparison functions to the package (probably will write tests to check them)
add another case to test on ivn data
remove some codes such as ccdr-rmvDAG, ccdr-convert; remove a test on ivn data
editing codes per Bryon's suggestions

Tested with multiple interventions. It works.
