Remove tuinity section from README.md

Why did i make this change?

Tuinity has recently been discontinued and adopted by the Paper project. This means that Tuinity is no longer necessary.

I'm so glad they joined forces. Feel like changing the code also to remove the support? Totally understand if not and it'll be a quick change foe me.

I can take a look later, I'm not very familiar with the codebase. Kinda just made this PR to spread the awareness of the merge but i can definetly take a look if u need me to.

Can you provide a link to an announcement of Tuinity being discontinued? I see their repo is marked archived but there's no mention on their README about it.
