Critical stability update

Fix crash FT8↔FT2 mode switch (Windows 10/11)

  • Fixed race condition in async timers during mode switch
  • Async decode timer starts AFTER full mode setup
  • Fixed null pointer crash on ASYMX widgets (pbBestSP, cbDualCarrier)

Fix "Sub-process error: failed to close orphaned jt9"

  • Force-kill orphaned jt9.exe on startup (taskkill)
  • Auto-recreate stale shared memory instead of fatal error

Windows 7 compatibility fix

  • New api-ms-win-core-synch-l1-2-0.dll (CONDITION_VARIABLE implementation from github.com/petrkr)
  • Replaces old polling stub — zero latency, zero CPU waste
  • Available for x64 and x86

Improved installer

  • Auto-kills all Decodium processes before installation
  • No more "file in use" errors during upgrade
