- Reverted taskkill and force-detach changes in main.cpp that caused
  startup crash on user machines (QProcess::execute early in startup)
- main.cpp is now identical to build 2603131035 (known working)
- Kept mainwindow.cpp race condition fixes (FT8→FT2 mode switch)
- synch DLL included in all installers
