Fix: Callsign filter troppo restrittivo
Il filtro ITU regex bloccava call validi → Band Activity vuota.
Cambiamenti
- Rimossa regex ITU strutturale — troppo restrittiva, bloccava call legittimi
- Filtro semplificato: lunghezza 3-10, alfanumerico, digit+lettera, non finisce con digit
- Auto-update pipeline fix (dal build precedente): bat wrapper + force close
