Fixes
Band Activity Highlighting — WSJT-X Behavior Restored
Non-CQ messages no longer receive DXCC/B4/Grid color highlighting. Only CQ messages get highlighted (matching original WSJT-X behavior).
DX Spot Cluster Abuse Fix
- Spots only sent when Spotting checkbox is enabled (was sending on every QSO log)
- Spotting defaults to OFF
- Rate limit: max 20 spots per hour
Internationalization (i18n)
- About dialog and Update Checker fully translatable via tr()
- Language menu now includes: English, Italiano, Español, Français, Deutsch, Português, 日本語, 中文, 한국어, Türkçe
Async Decode Latency Optimization
- Decode timer: 187ms → 100ms
- Display updates immediately — heavy processing deferred
- Removed redundant dedup layer
