Quick QSO Beacon + Fix Install Path

  • Quick QSO button (orange toggle): TX2 sends "+NN TU" as beacon
  • Auto-detect: receiving "+NN TU" → skip R+report → send RR73 directly
  • Install path fixed: now installs to AppData\Local\Decodium (overwrites old version)
  • TX3 is standard "R+NN" (clean protocol, no TU)

Flow: CQ → +rpt TU → RR73 → 73 (3 steps)

Digitally signed installers (SHA256 + DigiCert timestamp).
