[Enhancement] Track amount of "this helps protect our community" and "this content is not available" #5166

With YouTube transitioning to mostly those messages as opposed to returning the wrong video or providing 403 playbacks, Invidious can provide a more accurate picture of whether or not it is blocked even when an instance is using a third-party proxy or companion
Describe the solution you'd like
Track the amount of these error messages Invidious receives and compare it to the amount of successful requests.
This data should also be provided in another API endpoint or job with a longer refresh timer as to avoid the stats resetting to zero every couple minutes or so
