Added remove_all_apps function and new test-am-repair test

Regress updates:

• Added _remove_all_apps function (taken from your comment), add at the end of all tests to keep system clean.
• Added new test-am-repair to corrupt an random appimage install using dd, and then check if am -u repairs it correctly.
• Added the new test into the full regression run script.
