Added support and profile for MiG-29 Fulcrum full fidelity module

In folder Stream Deck Profiles you'll find a Stream Deck XL profile for new MiG-29 Fulcrum module. Russian and English versions avaliable.

1. Install Stream Deck interface https://github.com/enertial/streamdeck-dcs-interface for your Elgato device
2. Download the folder Scripts from this repository
3. Copy the contents of Scripts to the file path %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\DCS.
4. Install MiG-29 Fulcrum-EN.streamDeckProfile or MiG-29 Fulcrum-RU.streamDeckProfile to your Elgato Stream Deck XL device.

Custom output variables (DCS ID), I made for Mig-29:

• 2250 - RSBN channel
• 2251 - ILS channel
• 2252 - Combined RSBN + ILS channels
• 2253 - RSBN range
• 2254 - RSBN bearing
• 2255 - Both range and bearing in one message
• 2256 - R-862 channel

This is based off of DCS-ExportScripts (https://github.com/s-d-a/DCS-ExportScripts/wiki). The main purpose is to make customized exports for DCS-Interface (https://github.com/charlestytler/streamdeck-dcs-interface) for use with an Elgato Stream Deck.
