feat: better table filters and navbar

✨ What’s Changed?

• Removed dark theme animations (it was ugly)
• Replaced default checkboxs with component in the Event form
• Removed pagination from backend (since it's not used yet)
• Refactored the navbar
• Added a dropdown menu to navbar
• Added the Multi-select component for table filtering
• Updates Fields and Events tables (multi-select field type filter + single-select event tag filter)
• Added a minimal footer with love
