Testing with Virtual Machine

1. The reference testing virtual machine may be downloaded from https://www.sugarsync.com/pf/D7678997_69727129_68752

2. The archive contains Virtual Box virtual machine virtual hard disk file.

3. Unpack the archive.

4. Create new virtual machine and use the file from the archive as a virtual machine hard disk drive during the new machine setup (please refer to the Virtual Box manual for more details https://www.virtualbox.org)

5. Start the virtual machine up

6. Log on the system using login: iviLink, password: iviLink

7. Make sure the virtual machine is in the same network as the mobile phone to be connected with the iviLink

8. Go to the “iviLink/src_install” folder

   • cd ~/iviLink/src_install

9. Execute System Controller on each side

   • ./IVILinkSystemController

10. Execute either of applications on the phone or Ubuntu:

    • Basic Sample Application (./BasicSample)
    • Climate Control (./Climate_App)
    • Seat Application (./Seat_App)

11. Complementary application to be executed on the other side automatically.
