The pdgid identifier for anti-tau was accidentially set to 18. Instead neutrino/anti-neutrino should be +-16. This PR fixes that. To avoid confusion, I propose the sign should always be added, I hence put +16 and - 16 explicitly. A minus as a separator between pdgid and the identifier as in convergence[-ang] would be extremely confusing.
