🏥 MEDVAULT: A Paperless, Patient-Centric Medical Record System

MedVault is an EHR (Electronic Health Record) Management System developed for Hack4Health, focusing on making medical data universally accessible, secure, and easy to manage. It's a paperless, patient-centric approach to medical records — making access seamless for both patients and doctors.

  • Modern, Responsive UI — Created with React, optimized for mobile-first responsiveness, supporting both Light and Dark themes.
  • Secure User Roles — Enables role-based access for Patients and Doctors using unique identifiers.
  • Real-Time Database Operations — Integrated with Firebase Firestore for seamless data storage and retrieval.
  • Automated Access Logs — All access events are logged with user role, ID, and access time for accountability.
  • Modern Features for Ease of Use:
    • Parallax slideshow with overlay and smooth transitions.
    • Fixed Access EHR button at the center of the slideshow.
  • Security Focused — Alerts and warnings for authorized access only.
  • Admin Features — Enables administrators to update patient and doctor records.
