When telegram downloads a 4000M large file, sometimes the progress is stuck at 100%
Restart download by 'restart' flag
All files will be downloaded to './downloads' dir
CPU: 2.00% Memory: 32.83 MB Goroutines: 40

After a long period of time, the program will report an error and end running, unless it is terminated manually.
To Reproduce
tdl dl -u https://t.me/1958124156/60 --template {{.FileName}} -d ./downloads --restart
Restart download by 'restart' flag

Expected behavior
At this point the file has finished downloading and it should not be stuck at 100%
