But sounds like the 4 series isn't supported by Google, just yet. Might want to try logging a ticket to them, then when they update the metadata, we can update this library to pull in the change.

They said it's fixed, but it will be available in the next release.

Yup, I see it was just released this morning.

I should be able to get to it in the next 2 weeks (hopefully a little sooner...but it's self-appraisal/review time...so we'll see...)

The bundled libphonenumber metadata has been updated to Google's libphonenumber v9.0.31, which includes the Uganda 794 series update.
