docs: document agent-first consumption and v1.1.0 integration

docs: rewrite the wiki as documentation for every consumer
The previous manual was scoped to non-developers and to driving the
site's interactive tools, which left the actual consumption story --
pinning, tokens.css, component contracts, the agent protocol, ports,
evidence and versioning -- undocumented.
Replace the nine numbered chapters with fifteen topic pages organised by
task: Concepts, Web integration, Agent integration, Tokens, Components,
Forms, Figma bridge, Ports, Accessibility, Verification, Versioning,
Contributing, Troubleshooting, Glossary. Home routes by audience.
Every repository link is pinned to v0.1.0 or to a full commit, never a
branch. Values are shown for orientation only and point back at the
pinned exports. Records the density alias layer that exports/tokens.css
does not supply, and which post-v0.1.0 tooling is site-only.
